Senior Graphic Designer

• Own and lead product designs and technical process throughout the lifecycle of various school and office products (including all PLC and CPG products) from trend research and design development to creating and maintaining production files for trials and final production. Products include binders, dividers, folders, planner stickers, preprinted card and label products, Ultra Tabs, and print-to-order stationery products.
• Provide art direction to Jr. Designers and delegate work as needed.
• Create original artworks or update existing graphics for various school and office products.
• Product photography (photo staging, art direction, and photo editing).
• Present seasonal market trend research to the marketing and sales teams.
• Create graphic assets for trade shows, online campaigns, social media, web banners/pages, Amazon store, and printed marketing collateral.
