After a three-month paid internship at Pajama Consulting, a London based branding agency, I was offered a full time position as a Junior Graphic Designer. In this position I have undertaken a broad range of work that has widened my skill set, experience and confidence in both technical skills and presenting my ideas. I have worked on many briefs which included leaflet and brochure design, identity design {including guidelines}, advertising, exhibition design, and I have designed a typeface for print and screen which is now being used around the world and has been translated into Bengali.

I am confident in typography, papercraft and book binding, combining traditional materials and techniques in new ways to create contemporary works that facilitate the communication of meaning. As well as strong skills in print design and craft, I have a very good knowledge of digital design and a good understanding of HTML and CSS.

I hold a BA HONS in Graphic Communication from The University for the Creative Arts and a D&AD Best of Year Award for the 2012 Ministry of Sound Typography brief. I have also had work displayed at the Design Museum Collection Conferences and the V&A as part of live brief set by the in-house design team. Read Less
