competitor analysis and identification of business potential, contextual enquiries,
affinity diagrams, creation of personas, wireframes, use scenarios storyboards
and wireflows, low fidelity mockups and high fidelity prototypes, iterative usability
testing and refining. Our group achieved the highest grade (HD)
