Led a multidisciplinary team of three members on a project involving the ideation
and full design of a web service and mobile app. Following a user-centred design
process for the full project cycle. The project included: user and market research,
competitor analysis and identification of business potential, contextual enquiries,
affinity diagrams, creation of personas, wireframes, use scenarios storyboards
and wireflows, low fidelity mockups and high fidelity prototypes, iterative usability
testing and refining. Our group achieved the highest grade (HD)
