Studio Manager

As Studio Manager, my main duty was to manage the schedules, budgets, and progress for all estimated projects, as well as hourly client accounts. Other responsibilities included: track and share project information to studio in weekly traffic meetings, with daily follow-ups with each design resource; assist in the creation of new project estimates and some new business efforts; generate monthly invoices for hourly clients; when necessary, lead and assist in project production.

Marketing Activation Designer

My primary responsibility was working with the global marketing team to support the Prophet brand, which includes developing creative design solutions from conception through implementation, curating web interactions and content, infographic design, and presentation design, while maintaining a cohesive and successful partnership with the global design team. Projects included: newsletter templates, intranet promotions, new hire and client touchpoints, visual assets for studies and reports, etc. In addition to those responsibilities, I assisted with several initiatives for the recruiting team and the knowledge management team, specifically the 2015 Prophet-in-a-Day materials.

GOOD Ideas for Cities participant

GOOD Ideas for Cities taps creative problem solvers to tackle real urban challenges and present their solutions at live events across the country. Our multi-disciplinary, all-volunteer team, developed a campaign involving mural artists, locally-appointed ambassadors, and a unique hashtag (#whyRVA) to delight, entertain, and inform passing travelers of the rich art, history, and entertainment Richmond offers.
