I have been a self employed graphic designer since 1987. I have a home
office and also work within other studios as and when the opportunity arises.
With a 27 year self employed career I am well used to being self motivated
and can work easily alone or within a team. I have worked on a huge variety
of projects, including corporate identity, corporate brochures, publishing
and magazine design, advertising and copywriting, exhibition stand design,
websites and packaging. I am able to handle jobs from start to finish, beginning
with client briefings, followed by producing a full range of designs and visuals,
giving client presentations, preparation of artwork, commissioning or sourcing
photography or other illustrative work, attending photo shoots, designing maps,
charts and tables, sourcing and negotiating with printers, and finally approving
jobs on press when required.
