I developed social media and web content for several local clients. In parallel, I led the implementation of best practices in design, working proactively on improving logos and visual identities for some of the agency client's brands.

I carried out a comprehensive brand revamp across different communication platforms, both on and offline, such as social media, websites, landing pages, physical and online advertising, and packaging. On a daily basis, I was responsible of maintaining its coherence and consistency.

In the UX department, my role involves gathering, assessing, and optimizing designs while considering user and stakeholder requirements.
I also design wireframes and user interface prototypes, providing a clear depiction of functionality based on heuristic evaluations, accessibility, and design principles.

As part of my process, I teamwork with the development team to identify opportunities for enhancement of the mobile app, websites, and content management systems applying UX methods such as usability testing, journey maps, user interviews among others.
