User Experience Design & Product Leadership, User Advocate

St. Petersburg, FL, USA
I’m a seasoned user experience design leader who is passionate about creating products that customer’s value, achieve business objectives, and improve user enjoyment and adoption. And successfully led diverse, talented teams of user researchers, product designers, interaction designers, and front-end engineers, in the methodologies and practice of experience design.

To get customers to love products as quickly as possible, my teams design on a base of empathy and understanding for the user and deep knowledge of the business and customers. I also create a safe, collaborative environment that fosters experimentation, implement a nimble, iterative design process, and promote a delivery system of continuous releases—all with an eye towards meeting key results.

Designed and shipped products for mobile, wearables, web, desktop, SaaS, IoT, conversational UI, AI (Natural Language Understanding and Machine Learning), and paper-based systems using a variety of techniques and technologies.
