I am a female photographer living in the US Northeast. My father had high hopes that I would one day be a photographer for National Geographic. That wasn't in the cards for me.

From the time I picked up my first Kodak Instamatic camera I have enjoyed seeing my life through a lens and translating that into a captured moment in time. It truly turned into a life's passion when I acquired a Minolta SRT-101 at the tender (and volatile) age of 18.

My photographic work runs the gamut of Photojournalism through Fine Art Photography. I can honestly say I have no one style, technique or preference for a particular subject matter. I see life through the lens, and whatever I see framed in my mind might very well be captured in a photograph. I let my mood drive me.

My published photo-journalistic work primarily focused on active Fire scene coverage. I love depicting both the human side as well as the dangers that face these everyday heroes. Read Less
