Assists in managing the work flow of SPD on a daily basis. Contributes to the productivity and efficiency of the department. Works closely with Operating room staff. Ensure that emergency add-on cases are completed as soon as possible. Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide the appropriate information needed to identify each customer request.
• Knowledge of the complex factors that affect the process of sterilization, as well as specific procedures that should be followed for all Hospital sterilization. Learn all specialty equipment in order to be able to assist in ongoing training of other staff. Maintain all SPD processing equipment, scheduling maintenance when necessary.
• Records all completed training events and in-services provided to the SPD staff.
• Performs all activities of the Sterile Processing Aide, including Decontamination,
• Packaging, Processing, Dispensing, Inventory management and Storage. Familiar with all types of
specialty instrumentation from the Operating room, Labor & Delivery, Cath Lab, Emergency department,
and other specialty areas of the hospital.
• Assists in management of Orthopedic instrumentation coming from outside Vendors. Responsible for
following the process from decontamination through sterilization. Works closely with staff, so instruments
are available for scheduled operative procedure.
• Monitors all patient care medical equipment; assures availability. Sends equipment to Biomedical dept.
for repairs. Monitors Code 5000 Emergency Carts.

As a Customer Service Representative I will interface with U-Haul customers to identify what they are looking
for so that you can recommend the best moving supplies or storage solutions for their moving needs. I will
assist customers inside the U-Haul Center by educating them on our products and services, answering
questions, and preparing rental invoices. Once properly trained, I may also assist customers outside on the lot
as well by installing trailer hitches and light wiring harnesses on customer's vehicles, ensuring vehicle fluid
levels are properly filled, performing cleanup of trucks, trailers, and other rental items, and accepting
equipment returned from rental.

• Work with the sales, service, production, and administrative departments to ensure the highest level of satisfaction to customers.
• Responsible for providing customer care by handling all incoming requests and proactively contacting customers to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Primary goal is to get the information out to the appropriate partner to ensure request is handled on the first call.
• Maintain accurate records and timely flow of paperwork.

• Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs
• Processes financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
