Lead the Product Design team to ensure the best User Experience Design execution alongside Product and Engineering Teams to deliver new experiences through effective artifacts, adopting the most appropriate and up-to-date tools and techniques to keep the implementation aligned with the Design Vision throughout the whole front end of Starz Play product (Big Screen, Web, Touch/Mobile Devices) thanks to the creation and management of componentized Design Systems. Effective communication of Design solutions across roles and levels. Balanced understanding of Strategy/Business goals, Research/ Analysis, Interaction & Visual.

Manage aspects of User Interface and Visual Design Experience.
Participate in discussions about user definition, UX and UI Development, and help define how best to achieve business objectives through quality User Experience and User Interface Design.
Iterate, produce, and present user flows, wireframes, and concept designs.
Collaborate with PMs and team to construct use cases and high-level requirements for applications.

Working together with the Development Team and Product Managers. Research, conceptualization, wireframing, prototyping and delivering design specifications for implementation.
