Project Manager Operative (PMO) at Whirlpool. (Sept 2020 - Present)

Part of the Digital Creation Team (DCT) I am working on the project: NEL CGI PowerMedia. My tasks are:

- Project management. Oversee task development, deliverables, timing, team, and project organization.
- Direct communication and coordination with diverse stakeholders (cross-functional team), inside Whirlpool, and with external suppliers.
- Creation and maintenance of necessary documentation for project tracking (presentations, plans, Gantt chart, spreadsheets), and quality assurance tools (evaluations, productivity trackers, reports)
- Risk management and escalation of right problems when necessary.

Mechanical designer at Whirlpool. (6 months)
I was part of the cooking team. Specifically working on the consoles of ovens and microwaves. My tasks were:
- Engineering of parts produced with injection molding, sheet metal, and glass.
- Technical drawing development. (ASME - GD&T)
- Prototype making.
- CAD modeling using PTC Creo and its PLM Windchill.

In charge of the Design and development of new products that range from personal accessories (B2C market) to packaging solutions (B2B market).

Leading of the creative team (Graphic and product designers). Explaining their goals, work with them to produce their best result, listen to their problems and help them to move forward.

Framing the strategies together with the top management team to introduce our product and services around EEUU, Canada and Europe. For example: Searching for key partners, rethinking the business and revenue model of the company, running products tests with future clients in EEUU and Europe.

Dealing with project management aspects to ensure the success and timing of each project.

Supervising and supporting our product manufacturing process with our suppliers and partners (Mainly located in China). To comprehend the impact of the supply chain and guarantee the top quality of our products.

Remote working, and therefore adapt my way of working in order to be self-organized with my tasks, and schedule meetings with a team that is abroad and in different time zones

Design of branding and interior design of the first store for "Glasse Cakes and Desserts" (Successful dessert restaurant in the city)

Design and development of products focused on the agricultural and livestock market.

Development of prototype and scale models for an important manufacturer of trailers and petrol tanks.

Design of logos and brand books for different business in the city (Healthcare, automotive, Consumer goods)

Coordinator of the TOTAL DESIGN area, managing creative workgroups assigning tasks and responsibilities (3 designers), design, development and monitoring in the production of products for home, office, medical equipment, among others. I have worked with clients such as: PHOENIX EM and MOVIBAR.

Coordination of different projects in the area of TOTAL DESIGN, designing products for the office and home, development of special projects for clients such as CORFERIAS.
