Ciro Meggiolaro (Padova, 1978), grew up in Pescara. He moved to Rome in 1998. He starts taking pictures in 1999, when he fell in love with an old reflex camera of his dad.

During the years, he worked with several photographers like Nigel Parry, Fabrizio Ferri and Johan Renck.

He showed his pictures in several personal and collective exhibition including FotoGrafia – Rome’s International Festival (“Nema Problema”, 2005; “Work in progress – Messicani”, 2007; “Day Return Ticket”, 2008). In 2006 he won the PagineBianche d’Autore-Seat prize, art contest curated by Luca Beatrice with the opera “Verso”. Two pictures of his series "Cows" have been exhibited at Chelsea's hotel fourth floor.

He photographed everything (fashion, portraits, advertising, reportage), trying to be invisible.

Smiling, he takes his eyes around Rome, Pescara and the South of the world.
