I designed all the internal and external communications for the HR department. I implemented and designed the company's newsletter. I created and designed all the forms and orientation materials for the HR team. I was in charged of the People Center in all the plants, and making sure all the HR documents were kept filled and up to date. I also created all the content for the tv monitors in all the plants. I was creating and made a proposal for implementing their Total Rewards Program, by designing all the content for the program.

In Large Format I ran a jfx flatbed and printed various marketing materials, I also ran 2 mimaki roll printers and printed banners, posters, and other various marketing materials.

I imposed jobs from designers using Kodaks Prinergy. I also did file prepping, color management, and getting files ready for print and plate processing. I out put plates and epson proofs for designers, and made mock ups for approval.

I got promoted to job costing, which I was in charge of gathering time cards from employees in production and using estimate vs actual to see where Documation can improve in their production, costs.
