Christopher Woollett

London, United Kingdom
I'm interested in design of a very technical nature and look to find novel applications for materials both new and old, appreciating qualities that give a greater purpose or appeal. I enjoy the challenge of bringing a concept to life - to consider the user and what is being asked of me by the company or brand and create solutions from the technical to purely aesthetic.
I have worked in teams to bring projects from initial idea to manufacture, with both hard products and footwear. I always make an effort to learn the processes involved so I can keep them in mind when starting a new project of the same nature.
I have also designed, produced and managed office environment installations that have been successfully implemented. This has developed my project management and communication skills through dealing with external contractors, strict deadlines and budgetary requirements.
