– Project Lead on certain production heavy jobs. Directing other designers on technical and visual aspects specific
to that project, ensuring all deadlines are met as well as ensuring visual consistency and quality control. Liaise
with the Project Coordinator and client when required.
– Design and produce various print and web materials (logos, letterhead, business cards, websites, brochures,
annual reports, flyers, kitfolders, formatting large volumes, interactive PDF’s)

– Work with the common look and feel of various government departments and agencies (CIHR, CSC, Parks Canada, Transport Canada, ICTC, etc.)

– Coordinate various projects and ensure all deadlines are met.

– Work with the web department by editing HTML and providing quality assurance for various government websites
to ensure they meet current CLF standards.

– Liaise with clients to discuss project specifications, answer their questions, discuss complex changes to documents, etc.

– Working quickly and efficiently using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Acrobat as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
