Design and develop marketing pieces such as flyers, brochures, postcards and other promotional collateral nationally for sales associates for the entire company. Update brand identity to a more modern style, including business cards, letterhead, envelopes, stationery, onboarding kits and any other branded materials. Interact with sales, copywriting, management, legal and clients to ensure that the collateral and other communications reflect the brand of the company accurately. Collaborate directly with the corporate Art Director, copywriter and design team to redesign old collateral to the current branding standards, as well as create new marketing materials as needed. Balance a large number or projects at once, ranging anywhere from 10 - 20 projects and prioritize by importance and deadlines. Work with other members of the team to create and update tools and solutions for sales team to access materials easily.

programs. Collaborate directly with the corporate Art Director and design team in Miami to redesign old collateral to the current branding standards, as well as create new marketing materials.

Successfully coordinate and manage design projects from concept through completion, while maintaining a high level of professionalism in a timely manner. Projects include redesigning business system and giving creative direction, illustrating promotional graphics for the web, and designing product collateral.
