Hi, I'm Chris. I'm 35 and recently a 1st-time dad to a 10 week old Ralph.
I’ve had various roles in the creative industry for 11+ years now working in both freelance and permanent roles.
Most of which have been in packaging design, artworking and creative artworking with strong creative aspects in all roles. Most recently I've been working on design concepts and packaging design for children's toy company Sambro and working in a freelance capacity I have seen brands such as Disney, Peppa Pig and Paw Patrol fall on my desk. Before this, I was working on packaging, as an artworker, for both the UK & USA markets working on brands such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Müller & Lidl USA.
Prior to that, I played a strong pivotal creative role at HARIBO UK where I worked on own-brand projects, as well as various licensing projects such as Universal Studios Star Wars, Disney & Minions.
I have an in-depth understanding of the latest Creative Suite of applications and practices and deep technical knowledge of all relevant print processes
I’ve got a passion for Design, Typography, Artworking, Tech, Gadgets, and Star Wars amongst many more, I’m all about trying to learn something new every day and deepen my skillset.
I have experience in branding and presenting information clearly and concisely to effectively trigger brand direction and intent.
My previous role lacked the opportunity for career progression and I’m hoping that, given my skill set, this is something I can achieve in the future.
