Oversee and execute UI & UX design initiatives for AcadArena’s products and internal tools. Launched improvements to the existing AcadArena web app for launching in Brazil region. Lead creation and maintenance of AcadArena’s internal design system. Mentored design team on UI & UX principles and served as the company’s subject-matter expert in those areas. Created and implemented team practices & workflows when delivering design solutions for AcadArena’s products. Lead company-wide implementation of using Figma & FigJam to improve design collaboration and brainstorming. Worked closely with Engineering and other departments in devising and implementing quality assurance processes for design implementation.

Designed and launched: the Philippine website of NBA.com, UI & UX improvements for the video streaming service Cignal Play. Led redesign of OneNews.PH, an online long-form publication on current affairs with ~100k+ unique monthly visits. Designed a multi-site media portal called OneNetwork, a scalable online publication covering different topics, such as news, lifestyle, and sports. Collaborated with product managers and stakeholders regarding the design direction of different products.

Designed and launched UI & UX solutions for several of TrueMoney’s products: B2C bills payment and remittance software used by 20,000 TrueMoney Payment Centers in the Philippines, B2B payroll disbursement web platform, and internal portals for transaction processing and day-to-day activities. Helped develop the payment experience for the largest electric distributor in Metro Manila for TrueMoney Payment Centers, which generated 400K+ transactions on a monthly basis. Designed internal sales tool for tracking store visits which was used by ~200 Sales Agents on a daily basis. Facilitated user testing of different products to provide feedback on existing and upcoming designs. Closely collaborated with Product Management and Customer Experience teams in developing design directions for TrueMoney’s products.

Part time work. Designed and built the landing page for the project FASSSTER. Also, tasked to redesign the dashboard of the project’s web application, and assisted in creating a user manual on using the Spatiotemporal Epidemiological Modeler (STEM).

Assigned to the CHED-PCARI project CITAS to design the user interfaces of the mobile and web applications. Also conducted field work and did user testing with the project partners, created the first edition for the mobile and web application user manuals, and assisted in documentation and other administrative work.

Co-founded the organization, designed its logo and helped established its branding. Also oversaw all operations done within the organization, and handled its official Facebook page.
