As the Multimedia Designer of Charles & Keith (Pedro), I'm responsible for the planning, design, and development of the pedroshoes.com. Taking charge of the UI and UX of the website, balancing fashion trend with multimedia technology, to provide an enjoyable experience for all customers. We're also very active on various social media platforms, design and develop apps and campaign for marketing purposes. On a monthly basis, analytics and traffic report are generated, to understand our customers behaviour and needs, and further improve the experience we are providing.
