• Responsible for graphics requests across all agency divisions for design projects and in-house publications, including event flyers, branding for agency initiatives, newsletters, booklets, recruitment materials, and presentations.

• Develop design briefs by gathering information from clients to determine their specific design needs.
• Research typefaces, color palettes, stock photography and the impact of primary and secondary graphic elements as appropriate.
• Analyze, define and recommend visual identity standards and guidelines.
• Provide graphic design support for print and digital collateral from templates or unique design by defining form, features and attraction.
• Explore alternatives and revise designs.
• Apply and iterate upon already established brand guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, while also meeting tight deadlines.
• Prepare documents to meet production specifications.
• Liaise with print vendors to provide cost effective off-site printing of projects.
