From 1998 to 2014 I have designed book covers for a range of publishers both small and large including: Bloof Books, Soft Skull Press, Bitter Cherry, Alternative Comics, Toon Books, First Second, Jonathan Cape, Pantheon, and Random House.

While primarily focusing on book cover design I have also typeset interiors, produced ePub books, and in my capacity as art director for healthcare related marketing efforts, produced multi-faceted print and digital publications.

I have also directly collaborated with a range of contemporary writers, including National Book Award recipient Colum McCann and genre-spanning best-selling author Neil Gaiman, on my blog The Hypothetical Library. The premise of the site is to create a hypothetical book cover based solely on descriptive flap copy provided by the author for a book that does not and will never exist.
