Hello !

I am a product and servicer designer and architectural technician based in London, born in Shawinigan, Canada. I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Service Design at the Royal College of Art in London.

After working as an architectural technician, I studied Industrial Design at the Université de Montréal to better understand the relationship between users and their built environment and the artefacts they use. Much of my early work was inspired by the experiential potential of materials, influenced by my projects in architectural model making.

In 2012, after representing the Université de Montréal at EDF’s Sustainability Challenge in London, my work became increasingly focused on how service design methods could help increase quality of life and impact the life of people.

I thrive in multidisciplinary teamwork environments that allow me to take part in multiple steps of the design journey: from desktop research and insights collection, interviews and workshops, all the way to physical modelling and space rendering.

After moving to London to study Service Design at the Royal College of Art in 2013, I have led projects on the topic of public transportation, health, design culture, finance and education with partner such as Transport for London, Jaguar Land Rover and Aalto University. Read Less
