Designed and developed employee training and development tool to track mandatory DOD employee training, certifications, and career planning. Application captured employee past certifications and allowed the PM to mandate required courses for each employee as well as make recommendations for further employee career enhancement.

Hired to update Eagle Force’s outdated website and to provide consulting services to Eagle Force’s client base. EagleForce won several new contracts as a direct result of the new website.

Responsible for a large multi-page, multi-site effort for a large, well-known construction company. The project included converting individual static HTML page websites to data-driven websites. A proprietary
CMS was developed for the client to maintaining the site utilizing ColdFusion. Also responsible for the original custom graphics created for each site, slide shows, and training clients on how to use the CMS.

Solely responsible for several time-critical web development and graphic design efforts using Adobe Graphics Suite and ColdFusion. The projects were completed ahead of schedule with enough time to suggest additional enhancements which were subsequently incorporated into the new applications to the clients satisfaction. The public nature of this site required it and all documents therein to be 508 compliant.

The Pentagon Renovation Project (PENREN)
Working onsite at the Pentagon, Mrs. Marquina’s duties included advanced PowerPoint presentation development and
development of the Pentagon Renovation Intranet using PhotoShop, CorelDraw, PowerPoint and FrontPage 98.

Acted as translator and liaison providing trilingual Spanish/English and Portuguese/English support between the VP of
International Operations and senior-level management team and the VPs of several major international
telecommunications companies. She developed high-impact PowerPoint presentations that included original graphics, and
designed spreadsheets and office templates for fax covers, interoffice memos, and weekly and monthly reports.

Hired to define and manage a project plan to complete phase two of the translation of NCOA’s benefitscheckup.org screening tool – an online questionnaire consisting of more than two thousand documents and programs used to identify services for the aging Spanish-speaking community and their advocates. I provide analysis and project management expertise to design a process to identify and maintain translated materials so that they are consistent with content available on the English site. I also plan and conduct meetings with vendors and upper management to support this process. The highly-praised software was delivered under budget to a satisfied client.
