Designer

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
I am a strategy driven designer, always analyzing sales data and conversion rates. I dive deep into who the consumer really is, to best focus my design efforts. This data driven, design forward method came from working with the founders of Herschel Supply to help build their brand. I worked there for 6 years where we grew from a team of 6 to 150. I was responsible for building both the graphics design department as well as the applied graphics program. After 24 design seasons, explosive growth and a whirlwind opportunity, it was time to move back north into the mountain. I now work as an outside resource for in-house design teams. I worked remotely as the Lead Designer for Yes. Snowboards. Responsible for the design of their global marketing campaigns as well as product line planning and managing contributing artists for the board graphics.
