I worked with Microsoft Sales and Marketing developing a chatbot. I applied UX best practices to configure a natural language interface (NLI) which would help sales executives get deep insight into prospects faster and more efficiently.

Worked in several software development teams for proprietary products. Designed UI assets (wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes, flowcharts) in conceptual design phases. Applied conceptual design assets to build actual product UI in the native environment with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git. Created a design pattern library (icons, fonts, branding, colors, UI components) to apply to other Hitachi products. Led several design conferences to initiate design consistency and collaboration across branch offices. Traveled to branch offices in Massachusetts, California, Japan and England to advise and consult software development teams on Hitachi UI/UX best practices and utilize a consistent design pattern library.

Placed as a contractor by Aquent. Collaborated with devs to design the code-named Crescent project, which was eventually integrated into Excel.

Enfineitz was my own small business I started to handle numerous contract jobs I was receiving after I left a previous job at a publishing company in Englewood, Colorado.
I was responsible for a full spectrum of jobs and duties across multiple industries. It was necessary for me to assume multiple roles with many projects to fill various resource needs, including management and team-building. I initiated eployment of new technologies and work flows to provide innovative solutions. Tasks included application of tried-and-true design principles to achieve project objectives and ROI.
Primary service was magazine art direction. This included all layout and design of both trade and consumer print periodicals. Other services included branding, illustration, motion design, web design and UI/UX.
I also initiated web-based publishing opportunities for many of these clients.
Clients included LORE LLC, American Cowboy Magazine, Yale University, Colorado Health Foundation, Imaging Notes, Wiesner Publishing and Energy Central.
