Bug Davidson is a motion image artist and film director that lives and works in Austin, Texas. Davidson is presenting at Cornell University this spring, multi channel work with musicians and musicologists to create Burney’s Musical Tour, a live performance with video. Davidson received a Puffin Foundation grant to complete Rule of Three a solo show at Howard Art Project in Boston. Bug has screened their experimental film work internationally for the last twelve years, and received Polari filmmakers assistance award to finish the short film Nothing Like Ivanhoe. Bug has studied at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Tufts University, The School of Visual Arts and The Irish Film Center Dublin. Davidson is currently working on a new show for 2016 titled Profane Illumination. Read Less
