Hello, I’m an interaction designer currently seeking a new opportunity. As an interaction designer who has also worked as a front-end developer, I feel I would be an invaluable asset to your team. I have an immense passion for interactive media. I believe the web is the most thrilling platform to work on, and I’m super excited every day to have a chance to help shape its future.
One of my favorite parts of being an interaction designer is working with clients. I love to get deeply involved with their projects and help investigate their users needs and business goals. I enjoy being a component of a team who can help empathize with users, and help them have amazing experiences on the web.
After talking in-depth with stakeholders, I’m typically creating artifacts like wireframes, sitemaps, and HTML/CSS/JS prototypes to help clearly convey a design direction. When a design is validated, then it’s time to iterate while maintaining close communication with project stakeholders. As the time comes to transition to visual design and development, my background in design and development allow me to speak intelligently with those teams to help facilitate a seamless phase transition.
I think UX and interaction design are, like, the best! I'm constantly dreaming about interaction patterns, CSS3 animations, and media queries.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I’d love to speak with you more in depth about your requirements and how I can be an outstanding addition to your team.
