Brian Regienczuk is a user experience, design and innovation expert and founder of Experience Rethink, an Atlanta based agency. Over the past 17 years, he has worked with many brands including Bacardi, Coca-Cola, Cisco, General Motors, The Home Depot, Minute Maid, NXP Semiconductors, Philips, Sonicare, Sprite, vitaminwater and WebMD.

Brian helps companies create products and services that are easy to use, understand and remember. He takes a holistic approach to improve customer experiences using research and strategy to design better digital and traditional touchpoints. Beyond helping brands better resonate with customers, Brian also focuses on the internal organization to create healthy employee experiences and streamlined processes, since better experiences inside reinforce positive customer outcomes.

Prior to Experience Rethink, Brian served as Group Director, Global Design at The Coca-Cola Company, where he led many significant design and marketing initiatives for billion dollar brands including the rebirth of brand standards and governance models and co-leading the rebranding of the worldwide juice category including Minute Maid. As part of the design leadership team, he also established internal improvements that brought together design teams and best practices from around the world, made it easy for anyone anywhere to find the best design agency for a project, and was recognized for his role in reinventing the Coca-Cola event experience in 2009.
