I'm a designer with an advertising agency background.

This means I have a head for 'campaignable' ideas and strategy.

I come to design solutions with an holistic understanding of what the marketing communication objectives are, so whilst I want my work to remain current, my thinking is not entirely governed by design fashion and wanton experimentation.

I work from a "brand personality" perspective and I see my role as an interpreter. I set up the dialogue between the brand and its market. Getting the creative brief right, is a big part of creating the most effective design, advertising and promotional solutions.

If I have one guiding creative principle, it is this; "The simplest ideas are usually the best".

That applies to graphic design, advertising, concepts and layout, campaign concepts... you name it.

I specialise in providing creative solutions and production, to small and medium size businesses seeking to consolidate and grow their unique brand identities. Read Less
