Introducing the Latest Updates to The Behance Inbox
We’re excited to announce the latest improvements to your Behance Inbox designed to make collaboration and communication more efficient and seamless.
Send Attachments via Behance
Add attachments in your message threads to share files and streamline your workflow. Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the page or simply drag and drop your files into the message window.
You can send up to 10 attachments at a time, up to 100MB. We support over 30 commonly used file types, including .ai, .psd, .jpg and .png, .pdf, and more (see the full list of supported file types in our FAQ).
You can see a history of your shared files under the Media > Files & Images section of the sidebar to the right. To delete a file after you’ve sent it, hover over the file and click Delete file.
Video Calls in Behance Inbox
Face to face communication is crucial for collaborating, pitching ideas, and receiving feedback. Now you can start a video call directly on Behance through your inbox.
To start a video call, you’ll first need to send or receive a hiring message. When the other party responds to the message and you have a conversation going, you’ll see the option to button to join a video call in the bottom of the chat.
You’ll receive a notification in your inbox when someone starts a video call with you. You can choose to be on video or join with audio only, and share your screen to present your designs.
See all the details about video calls in our FAQ.
More Inbox Improvements Coming Soon
We’re working on even more enhancements to the Behance inbox, including threaded replies, emoji reactions, and more. Stay tuned for more updates soon!
