I am responsible for the company group's whole marketing and communication. My biggest challenge was to position the company as an expert on the HR market and in our partners mind and to workout valuable offers for our leads. My main role is to determine the strategical directions of our organisation and I also do some creative works - such as webpage, broschures -, market research and "everyday marketing tasks" like ads.

In my company I support small businesses with quality creative and marketing materials. I am responsible for the whole design projects and I have a senior programmer and a Drupal expert and contributor working with.

This international organisation lead by students is present in 111 countries worldwide. It was the most challenging one year in my life. I had to lead a team with 20 members, 2 coordinators and 2 project leaders so I could develop and burnish my leadership skills. I acquired extended experience in project management and personal selling. I also had many projects based on expanding in new markets, increasing partner satisfacitons or even organise a summer camp for youth.

This programme is run by University of Pecs, Hungary and Middlesex University, UK together. During studies I develop skills and competencies to meet requirements for business administration and management into the new Millennium. This program prepares me for the challenges of business management in a global, competitive and ever-changing business environment.
