After being an agency owner for twenty years, Bart Cleveland now helps them find their true differentiation and live it.

He has developed advertising for brands such as Coca-Cola, The Ritz-Carlton, CNN, Du Pont, International Paper and Carter's Baby Clothes. His work has received recognition in award shows such as The One Show, D&AD, Communication Arts, The Art Directors Show, Obie, and Clios. Bart launched Ad Age’s most popular blog, Small Agency Diary, in 2005.

Bart is a contributing author to the book, The Get A Job Workshop. How To Find Your Way To A Creative Career In Advertising. He frequently speaks on the future of advertising at corporate and industry events including, Ad Age’s Small Agency Conference and The One Show Creative Week. In 2012, Bart founded Job Propulsion Lab to help people in creative industries have the career they are meant to have.

Bart also writes fiction. His novel, Jimbo's Big Day, won best Science Fiction at Writer's League of Texas Manuscript Contest 2015. Read Less
