Biodata is a startup in the field of medicine.

Here I lead all the design processes, from concept to delivery. He was directly involved in the development of product functions together with the director and product manager. Launched an app for iOS and Android mobile platforms, as well as a little on the web. Generated hypotheses and conducted Jobs To Be Done interviews with users. Developed UIKit and the marketing part.

As a result of the work, the time spent by users in the application has increased to 12 minutes. The amount of data uploaded by users has increased 4 times. Users successfully create and solve goals.

I used to work in a cross-functional team with engineers and business owners to deliver the best solution possible for financial services. There I experienced the entire creation process from performing the research on real service users and defining a problem to testing hypotheses and
delivering the final solution. I improved design process and communication with designers and developers. Interviewed 10+ designers for the product design role, including test task reviewing.

Improved the user experience in online banking when working with credit cards, which was proved by tests and the number of credit card applications issued online. Launched a new credit card refinancing product. Participated in hiring designers, interviews, mentoring and building design processes in the stream.

Ren TV is a Russian free-to-air television network.

I worked as the chief interface architecture designer for the editorial office of a television portal and a news site. I have improved the design process and communication with designers and developers. Interviewed more than 10 designers for the role of product designer, including checking test tasks and formed a small design team as part of the product.

Designed and integrated a new CMS and a new website, which increased the speed of the editorial office, the quality of materials, attendance and, as a result, advertising budgets, which directly influenced the increase in the company's profits.

News Media is a large media holding in Russia. Here I led a design team of 30 people, while I created design projects myself.
