As Creative Director, I work closely with the agency CCO and various CDs in managing the creative team of art directors, graphics designers, video animators, and 3D specialists. Together, we work closely with our top management personnel and various Marketing Project leads. My main role in the team is conceptualizing ideas and executions that deliver unique brand experiences in various event spaces, both physical locations and in the virtual digital arena. Collaborating occasionally with our Paris branch.

As a Freelance Associate Creative Director, I helped the Executive Creative Director manage the team on art-related matters for winning a few new business pitches. Involving from conceptualizing to execution stages mainly in the fields of social media and media spaces. Mentoring others occasionally.

My tenure with McCann Worldgroup saw me act independently, collaborate and lead campaign efforts, mentor juniors, and be involved in initiatives that brought recognition.

My main task was to elevate and ensure the delivery of quality creative work. I oversaw branding efforts and the visualisation of concepts from start to finish. Versatility is my strength; I am as comfortable guiding others as being hands-on with projects. My daily involvement includes collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, marketers, and production specialists. I am glad to report that my contribution in uplifting creativity and aesthetics has helped the brands under my care profit and grow.

I always give my best, whether leading or supporting new business pitches as a team member: our efforts have seen us convert one-off clients into roster clients. On the awards front, I have devoted much time to assisting in creative initiatives and bolstering the award ambitions of McCann Worldgroup.

Representing McCann Worldgroup at the New York Festivals® Advertising Awards and Singapore’s Crowbar Challenge has sharpened my industry perspectives as a professional. Being able to impart knowledge and skills to new blood from visiting universities and institutions as a lecturer has been gratifying.

As the most awarded agency in Singapore, it has a fast pace environment which allows me to be heavily involved in art directing on various new campaigns and initiative pitches. As an art driector and senior creative, I work closely with different copy-writers, account teams and a very supportive production studio. My team main account is DBS Bank (Development Bank of Singapore) and we handle most of it’s above-the-line creative campaigns. The creative spread across a wide spectrum of services the banks offers, ranging from exclusive private banking wealth sectors to the main stream consumer end products. The team also handle internal communications campaigns across various departments of this financial body. Apart from working on DBS and it’s affiliated projects, I was also actively involved in various pitches.

I was with McCann London Enterprise as an Art Director and Senior Designer. Playing a key role in my team that requires me to manage an spectrum of creatives from generating ideas to art directing photoshoots and managing brand issues on design production. Working at McCann, an award winning agency, I thrive in the fast pace environment, always requiring me to work simultaneously with a number of accounts, digital and production teams. The team is constantly working on different pitches while sustaining both our main charter BtoB and BtoC accounts. Additionally, it had provided me opportunities to collaborate with other prominent divisions such as McCann Erickson World Group, Future Brand, Chrome (Post Production) and other related company on various pitches.

As part of the agency’s tangible assets, my role as a ceative designer involve in generating ideas, solving advertising and brand design issues. I coordinate closely with account teams, digital teams and production departments on various pitches and commissioned projects. Tangible Financial has previously won numerous Midas and Money Marketing Awards. It is a brand-minded integrated agency with a primary aim on achieving distinctive financial brands and producing engaging advertising communications.
