I plan and build interactive courses for safety training in areas such as boating and hunting licenses; provide web and print production, and illustration as a member of the graphic design team; and, create extensive information architecture diagrams and user journeys to develop new products for our parent company's product department.

Designed, created, and tested an app from scratch using the You.i Engine One. Worked primarily on IxD, but also ViD and MoT throughout the project.

Help a number of clients, such as Algonquin College, small businesses, and a research team from the University of Alberta, in developing their personal brand, website design and solution making.

Designed various projects for Algonquin College’s Applied Research and Innovation. One of which was to design the interface for an app on a contracted project with Applied Research and Innovation at Algonquin College. The app was a container that holds data about the patient and their smart teeth cleaning device that the dentist could access in a database.

As Algonquin College worked to implement Workday as an enterprise solution to upgrade and modernize their HR management system, I was hired as a usability test facilitator. In this project, I worked with another facilitator under the supervision of a professor and project manager, to research and learn the business processes and features of Workday, write scripts based on features to test, find participants and observers, facilitate usability tests using the scripts, record the test sessions, analyze the results, provide recommendations by comparing the results against heuristic and expert evaluations, write a formal report documenting the findings and recommendations, as well as a presentation delivered to the Algonquin College team, and provide them with all the documentation and research in a complete handoff package.

Offered one–on–one assistance to students needing extra help in graphic design subjects at Algonquin College.

Produced extensive projects in motion graphics, interaction design, web design, typesetting, logo design, packaging design, print design, advertising, campaigns, illustration, and photography for the Graphic Design Program at Algonquin College.
