Was responsible for design across the company. Designed all SM2 products from scratch.

Was aggregating business needs, team abilities, stakeholder's expectations, and market realities into a global vision of products and strategic decisions. Was managing six products (web and iOS) and coordinating efforts of a team of 5 people, which led to fit into strict deadlines continuously and provided the growth of a user base.

Was conducting a whole design cycle: accumulated and generated ideas, draw sketches, created prototypes, designed high-fidelity mockups, supported the development process, collected feedback, analysed results. Implemented a design system that increased the speed of design for about two times, and improved quality of development.

Was improving the design through own collected analytics and feedback which were obtained through corridor tests, user inter-views, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika, and internal CRM system. Iterative design improvements allowed achieving 6-9% monthly growth of user retention rate.

Was creating infographics for the agency's articles. The process consisted of field research, data analysis, data visualization experiments, and graphic design. Every task should be done within a strict deadline and according to the highest standards of design.

Was developing and supporting several technical systems on manufactured devices. Was using high-level programming languages (ahdl, c/c++) and low-level languages (variety of assemblers).

Did physics research in digital signal processing for a new device model.

Created a brand new interface for this device (persuaded stake-holders and a team in the necessity of changing interfaces, designed a new interface, and organised its implementation).
