As Senior Enablement Operations Manager, I lead the full project life cycle ranging from program evaluation to requirements gathering, team coordination, platform testing, and vendor selection and management for the successful enterprise-wide launch of the learning management system (WorkRamp) in Jan 2023. Through my outstanding technical skills, I coordinate the intake process for the Enablement team through Jira, offering open access for internal stakeholders to submit requests for internal communications, training, product updates, and related data.

• Managed vendor presentations and introduced requested systems within the beta testing environment, reducing 70% in LMS platforms, decreasing $44K in annual tech spend, and saving 1600+ administrator hours annually.
