1. Work independently as well as with the teams to provide methodological research-based evidence and support, as required.
2. Collaborate with Designers, Engineers, and the production team to undertake research, evaluation and investigation to deliver research insights and influence product design.
3. Plan, organize and conduct research and gather information from primary and secondary sources, thus distilling large amounts of information to communicate effectively.
4. Providing quick yet detailed research inputs - statistical and analytical support, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the field data or secondary research and ensure adherence to data quality for actionable results.
5. Critically review and analyze the reports and other related documents produced by peers, academics and so on.
6. Produce Research papers, Status Papers, Reports, Articles, and Presentations, and contribute to the submission and publication of the same. (This would include: reporting design projects and ideas of the organization and preparing design-related frameworks and models for the same).
7. Performing other reasonable duties as directed.
8. Being fully aware of, and actively complying with the policies and procedures relevant to the responsibilities including equality,sustainabaility, health, safety, and data protection.
