• Work closely with Senior product developer on product mix, sample development and production.
• Develop CAD designs, tech packs and line sheets through Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Research to validate new design concepts with competitive analysis, market trends, customer data, and price analysis.
• Prepare and lead all fit sessions, measure prototypes, update technical comments and garment construction details for Proto,
Pre-Production (PP) and Top of Production (TOP) samples.
• Communicate fit comments, corrections, and grading requirements efficiently to cross-functional teams and overseas production
factories.
• Maintain sample tracking spreadsheets and accurate WIP sheets on google docs and perform spec review from proto stage to
final production for consistency.
• Conduct in-office inspections for bestselling styles to ensure quality and consistency of spec and construction across different
factories.
• Approve and send comments to factories for lab dips, bulk submits, strike offs and art size placements during sample
development and production.
