My primary function was facilitating the public site redesign of barclays.co.uk and barclays.co.uk/premier along with improvement of the existing CMS platform. The scope was to redesign and improve 500+ pages across 2 sites including the design and development of a responsive module library created to be the building blocks of pages in the future and across multiple sites for Barclays.

Acting in a dual role of Lead UX designer / Project Manager for the final 4 months of the project I managed a team of 7 (5 Developers, 1 UX & 1 UI designer) to oversee delivery on a number of bespoke complex financial components / tools needed to reach our target of 2015 completion.

In Dec 2015 we delivered 2 fully responsive sites which since have doubled page views across the site and dramatically increased conversion.
