Antipixel is an independent type design studio with main focus on display handwritten typefaces. Founded and run by Julia Martinez Diana, a graphic designer graduated from FADU (Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina) in 2014.

It all started with the playfull Belta and the Aracne collection. With slightly scrawled letterforms then came Italo and Eneas, exploring the universe of OpenType features. Enyo Slab followed with a large language support, including Greek and Cyrillic alphabets!

In 2015, LeOsler was released. Being Antipixel's biggest family so far, composed of 16 styles. LeOsler's OpenType features include ligatures for all repeated characters, contextual alternates for all supported alphabets (Latin, Greek and Cyrillic), and many others others.

Austral Slab was published in July 2016. It has three weights with irregular outlines and uneven/crooked strokes, and also includes textures, making it exclusive and powerful. With three sets of alphabets in upper & lowercase to avoid repeated character patterns, this typeface is full of energy and casual character.
In October 2016 Austral Sans was launched. Based in the Slab version, the Austral family shares the same crooked look with irregular strokes, outlines, and textures.

Escalope was released in January 2017. The strength of this type family relies on its versatility, due to its creative and informal appearance. The AllCaps & mixed-case style, the low midline, the matching icons, the fun & playfull alternate characters, and many other features make it stand out from the rest.

In 2017, the opportunity to work alongside with WFoundry resulted in Fuse Vol.2 Printed, an extension of their Fuse type family. All the typeface's textures were meticulously outlined to mantain the soft and round edges, making it easy-going and spontaneous. Fuse Vol.2 Printed was finally released in January 2018.
