Ansley Johnson Cotton has always had a passion for design. It started by collecting business cards as a child. Over the years, she found ways to express her creativity through art and design. In 2004, she moved from her hometown of Leesburg, Georgia to South Carolina where she attended Clemson University. During her studies at Clemson, she completed two full-time graphic design internships and received her bachelors degree in Graphic Communications in 2008. Immediately following graduation, she started working for a small advertising agency in Anderson, South Carolina. Martin Advertising would be her home for nearly six years. During her time at Martin, she was fortunate to grow as the business grew. She managed the design jobs through all phases; concept, design, revisions and production. This included everything from billboards, logos and mailers to websites and email blasts. She dealt directly with Martin’s clients as well as sales representatives and vendors all while giving the interns the experience they needed. Her time at Martin was valuable and the knowledge gained prepared her to move back to her hometown of Leesburg, Georgia with her two children, Ethan (6) and Charley Jane (3) to work as a freelancer and be closer to family. She loves what she does and watching clients succeed!
