I am an artist, facilitator and community engagement expert. I design collective art experiences and installations that promote innovation, employees engagement and creative expression.

I believe there is no magic bullet for innovation...but collaborative art comes really close :)

Before starting my innovation + consulting studio, I was the first Program and Community Manager at the Impact Hub Singapore (Singapore’s largest co-working community and Google for Entrepreneurs’ first tech hub partner in Asia). I was elected as one of the Top 10 Community Builders for the Tech Ecosystem in Asia in 2017.

Formerly, I was an agronomic engineer - working with NGOs and local populations across South America and Africa - and a Change Management consultant supporting MNCs and Governments through organizational shifts.

My current projects are the perfect alignment of all my interests: combining community engagement with innovation, art and nature. I love collaborating and involving other talented designers, consultants and experts from the innovation, art and tech community across Asia for client projects. Read Less
