Work Experience

Graphic designer and social media marketer

While in this role I have produced a variety of graphics work in both digital and press related formats. Key to this position is my focus on our seasonal catalogue which I have taken ownership of and put my creative flair into. Further to this, I have also assisted in social media marketing including but not limited to creating social media content and advertising across our social media platforms and more recently collaborating with our Sales and Marketing Manager on creating EDM’s using Mailchimp as we shift our focus to the digital landscape; this has also entailed creating graphics for monthly newsletters for our wholesale customers to keep them up to date on the latest news, stock updates and changes in our business. I have also been a supporting role to our Operations Manager in redesigning the visual interface of our online shopping website; which will be implemented over the coming months. Throughout the year I am also expected to create presentations to tight deadlines for our key customers in Australia, the UK and the US for us to pitch our new product. I have also played an assiting role in our customer service. This side of my role includes communicating with our warehouse in ensuring all our retailers recieve their required stock in a timely and efficient manner, solving any track and trace issues for our customers and discussing with them any queries they may have regarding product knowledge.
