I designed and produced knitted garment concepts which would inspire future trends. Designs originated with in-depth research, on to hand drawn sketches, to developing samples, and finally production of the knitted swatch. I specialised in fine gauge knitwear on the Dubied machine, but also gained extensive experience on domestic machines and on all range of gauges from 14g to 2.5g. I have sold A/W, S/S, womenswear and menswear swatches to high street brands such as H&M and Karen Millen, through to high end designers such as Pringle, Yves saint Laurent and Karl Lagerfeld.
