Anies Matelar

Interior Designer

Athens, Greece

What first attracted me to study interior design, was my belief that one can make people’s lives better through improving the spaces they live in, aesthetically as well as functionally; whether in a home, a workspace or a commercial place. The past three years of study has helped me gain the tools to achieve this, by developing important creative skills. Through various projects, I have learned to begin from the concept, then continue on to planning, 2d design and 3d modeling, and finally be able to present the product in the most efficient way. This was achieved by working as an individual as well as cooperating in a team. In addition, my short experience working as an Interior Design Assistant, has taught me how to deal efficiently with real life projects and clients, tracing objects and materials, as well as managing time schedules and budgets.
