• Develops exhibit color palettes, typefaces and graphic hierarchies for permanent and traveling exhibitions
• Prepares RFPs, Scopes of Work and detailed exhibit fabrication specifications for permanent and traveling exhibition projects
• Manages project contracting as a COTR for graphic production, exhibit fabrication and installation
• Creates and finalizes all graphic production files based on vendor specifications and proofs final graphics
• Specifies light fixtures, produce lighting, power & data plans for design documents and fabrication packages
• Produces CAD drawings of floor plans, elevations and interactives for fabrication bid packages and traveling exhibits
• Reviews fabrication drawing packages for quality and conformance to design specifications
• Creates and manages exhibit graphic schedules through each phases of production to meet deadlines and budget requirements
• Maintains existing exhibits (lighting, interactives) and recommends modifications of existing exhibits
