My role as a Deputy Manager – Marketing & Corporate Communication was to ensure that the internal and external websites, business functions presentations, promotional mailers, flashes, internal/external thought leaderships for web and print under the purview are aesthetically designed and updated with time and as per the company brand guidelines.

− Supporting the Brand and Communications team with marketing promo material, thought leadership layouts and covers, posters, web banners/advertisements, brochures, newsletters, flyers, presentations.
− Ensuring compliance to company quality systems, processes and maintaining branding guidelines.
− Graphically enhance the impact of marketing initiatives and deliverables with custom layouts and graphics.

Design new websites, maintain existing ones, micro sites & Electronic Data Mailers, prepare Layout mock-ups, plan, design, write, modify, integrate and test website related code
Create promotional flashes, newsletters for the web & print, static & animated E-cards, banners, logos, web & print Invite cards. Planning and executing the online marketing programs.
Designing newsletters & other best E-CRM practices to remain in touch with our subscribers.
Serving as a Technical Expert to answer the queries of troubleshooting with the web & print media.
Conceptualizing, designing and executing online marketing campaigns/promotions along with Social media integration.
