Alvin Lim is a multi-award winning creative generalist from Singapore. And he’s currently living in Hong Kong.

SUMARRY
For 15 years, he has delivered 4 global campaigns and several other award-winning ad campaigns across Asia. His creative leadership and work have often been recognized and reflected on in the Directory Big Won Ranking and the Gunn Report.

Alvin has also represented China and Hong Kong as a juror at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Young Cannes Lions (Greater China), the Spikes Asia, Ad Stars and the New York Festival.

ADVERTISING ACCOLADES
In 2013, Alvin brought fame to Ogilvy Hong Kong with their first Gold Cannes Lion with his first entry to the Cannes Lions Festival. His body of work has been highly decorated with over 150 top awards and merits in multiple categories across every notable advertising award show there is, including the CLIO, Spikes Asia, London International and One Show.

In 2014, his work for "Old Parts for New" was named WARC World's Top 10 Smartest Marketing Campaigns of the Year. And at the same year, he was invited by the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity to join the Jury for Press Advertising.

In 2015, Alvin added more Cannes Lions, Spikes and other trophies to Grey Beijing’s award cabinet, placing the agency as the 4th most award-winning agency in China by the Directory Big Won Ranking.

Since then, the China Advertising Association also enlisted his expertise to help the country place the best Chinese teams forward to compete at the Young Cannes Lions for 2014, 2015 and 2016, in which these selected candidates won 2 Gold, a Silver and a Bronze.

CREATIVE EFFECTIVENESS
Alvin also set his focus toward effective creativity which again led to a string of Gold, Silver and Bronze for both Effie and Festival of AME, placing Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong comfortably on the top spot in the rankings according to the Effie Effectiveness Index. Read Less
