Spearheaded marketing efforts to sharpen and evolve the hospital’s internal and external facing marketing materials, by setting new elevated standards that maintain the integrity of an approachable brand aesthetic. Worked directly with stakeholders from across the hospital to achieve the hospitals strategic goals. Collaborated with management and leadership team on high priority initiatives. Notable work included developing the Albany Med Health System logo, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery brochure and Quality Annual Report.

Collaborated with the leadership team to translate over 25 marketing and brand strategies into cohesive, stunning, and engaging visual stories. Managed and worked alongside a small creative team (in-house and freelance) to develop concepts into executable creative for print collateral and fluid solutions for various multimedia streams including video, social media, email marketing, web and advertising. Notable work included two Marcom Award-winning projects: the Balzer & Tuck logo rebrand and website (balzertuck.com), and the “Faith & Family” driver recruitment campaign for Nussbaum Transportation, which included developing four family-themed full-wrap trailer graphics from campaign inception, to photomanipulation of final art (nussbaum.com/hauloffaith).
Additionally, worked side-by-side with company leadership and helped lead creative solutions in the brand and marketing development, promotion, and launch of CultureTalk. Creative work included logo, brand identity, certification and workshop training materials, marketing collateral, testimonial videos, social media, email marketing, website (culturetalk.com), and art direction of iconography development.
